My approach is rooted in reproductive justice: the belief that all people have the right to make decisions about their bodies and families, and to receive care that honors those decisions without judgment. I meet people where they are.
Pregnancy Support
Continuous, relationship-centered support throughout pregnancy — emotional, informational, and physical. I help you understand your options, navigate care decisions, and feel held as your body and life change.
Birth Support
Presence and advocacy during labor and birth, wherever that takes place. I offer continuous support, comfort measures, communication assistance, and unwavering care for you and your support team.
Postpartum Support
The weeks and months after birth are a threshold of their own. I offer postpartum visits, emotional support, infant feeding guidance, and help navigating the transition into new parenthood.
Abortion Support
Compassionate, non-judgmental support before, during, and after abortion. You deserve care that honors your decision and your experience — whatever that looks like for you.
