I'm a community care practitioner weaving together reproductive support, therapeutic and clinical bodywork, and herbal knowledge through a holistic, attentive practice.

Ancestral Hands grew from my belief that care can be skilled, practical, and sacred at the same time. People should not have to divide themselves or leave parts of who they are outside the room in order to receive support.

I center curiosity, ongoing consent, and respect for each person's autonomy and lived experience.

My practice is shaped by reproductive justice, harm reduction, and community knowledge. My role is to offer skilled support, attentive presence, and room for people to move through change in ways that belong to them.
